First interview's objective is to learn more about you, introduce ourselves, and tell you more about the job and the studio. If we both agree to move forward, you will receive additional information about our benefits, details about living, working and the relocation process.
The next step is to evaluate your competencies and experience. For most of our roles, we have a practical assessment that will be reviewed by members of our teams. If the feedback is positive, we proceed to a competence-focused interview with people from the relevant craft.
The last step of the recruitment process is a visit to one of our studios. You get to meet the team, learn more about our projects, and get an in-person experience of our studio culture. If it’s your first visit to our lovely Nordic countries, you will also get the chance to explore the capital area!
